Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat

The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that can be converted from a single to double stroller by the addition of an additional seat or glider board (sold separately). The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection can be configured into a triple-travel system with the addition of a bench or infant car seat. It offers 24 configurations in total and is the most highly rated stroller. This model uses Baby Jogger's soft, breathable TENCEL fabric that aids in thermal regulation and are sustainable sources. It has a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar, and belly bar. It is 20% smaller and lighter than the top single-to-double stroller on the market, the UPPAbaby V2.

It comes with a sunshade of medium size and a handy magnetic peek-aboo window that is easy to open and close. The telescoping bar is of the most easily adjustable and is suitable for parents of all heights. The seats recline and have an adjustment button for the footwell to allow you to position your child for maximum comfort. The storage bin is spacious however we wish it had an opening that is more secure. It's easy to access but we discovered the zippers to be a bit difficult to use since they must be completely removed and refastened to each use.

The City Select, like its siblings, has single-action breaks that are easy to set up and release by pulling a lever on the frame side lower than the handlebar. It's comfortable for barefoot and sandals and is an improvement over the toe-pinch lever that some of the competitors use.

This is the only stroller in our review that accepts two infant car seats, making it a great option for twins or parents with one kiddo and a baby due. It can be used to fit most infant car seats from the major brands with an adapter. We tested it with Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models and also the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. The City Select is a great option for families that already have car seats, but are looking for a stroller that can accommodate it. However, you may prefer a convertible stroller in this case.
